The Blue Mountains/Nepean Dance Festival has been promoting dance in our schools and providing opportunities for children to perform at a professional local venue for over 30 years.
The festival is an inclusive annual event open to primary and secondary public schools in the Blue Mountains, Penrith and Hawkesbury/Nepean areas.
The festival has around 50 schools and approximately 3000 students (years K to 12) participating each year.
2023 dates
- Rehearsals: Monday 28 August to Friday 1 September 2023 (Term 3 Week 7)
- Performances: Monday 4 September to Friday 8 September 2023 (Term 3 Week 8)
