The Far North Coast Dance Festival involves over 1,000 students from public, primary, and high schools in the Tweed, Murwillumbah, and Lismore districts. For over 35 years, the Dance Festival has displayed the many dance forms taught in NSW public schools K to 12. The teachers choreograph and prepare dances at their schools for public performance to provide you with an entertaining evening. An enjoyable experience is assured!

2024 festival 

Congratulations to all schools involved in the 2023 festival. The Far North Coast Dance Festival will be held from Tuesday 4 June to Thursday 6 June 2024.

Applications to be part of the 2024 festival closed on Friday 8 March 2024. Schools need to submit their audition link by Friday 31 March 2024.

Cost

$50 per item accepted into the festival.
