Instrumental Ensembles

Years 5 to 12
Weekly music ensembles develop high-level music skills, while seasonal state ensembles meet for intensives before festival performances. Expert tutors for all ensembles, enhance the musical experience for the students.

Music Festivals

Years 3 to 12 students and teachers
Students work with expert conductors and musicians to perform repertoire specifically chosen and commissioned for them. Primary and secondary schools are encouraged to submit music groups, choirs or soloists for inclusion in music festivals.

Vocal Ensembles

State Music Camps

Student and staff applications for 2023 State Music Camps are now open.

State Music Camps provide students with unique extension experiences in music. Students engage with industry professionals and participate in a variety of specialised performance and workshop experiences.

ENCORE

Music
Year 11 and 12 music students and teachers
ENCORE is a program of outstanding performances and compositions by students from the HSC Music examinations presented by the NSW Education Standards Authority and the NSW Department of Education.
